Implications for Religion, National Security and Law Enforcement from Precognition in Dream State.

ABSTRACT.
Dream Precognition has long been experienced and reported, and since biblical times it has been said that warnings or famine and danger have been given to mankind from God or some other non human intelligent source. All the main religions of the world teach this as being the true position. Billions of the earth’s population are said to accept this position to be true. Dreams and Visions of the future are accepted by almost all believers of religions.
In view of this almost universal acceptance of these phenomena, it is a shock to discover that the governments and churches of the world universally ignore this subject and thus disregard the help that God or what ever the intelligent source may be is trying to show us. The question must then be, if God is so readily taught as being the most merciful and intelligent entity, why is it ignored in the 21st century. Why is it that the Christian church ignores this subject? Why in the USA arguably the most Christian country on earth is the government happy to allow the science of God to go un-researched? A country where the motto is; IN GOD WE TRUST. Is it true that, in God we trust as long as we are not expected to listen to God and act on what God wants us to do.
Now, I am not suggesting that God is real, I am not suggesting that God is not real, but I do think it is time we searched for God and if we were to find God we should try and understand what God is attempting to teach us. Is it not our duty to explore the inner workings of a God as well as explore the outer and physical working of the universe and all it contains?
I would like to set out my explorations and findings in the hope that some of the extremely arrogant academics and politicians will open there eyes and the wallets to fund the much needed research into psi dreaming and precognition.
The Evidence.
If we accept that some of the stories in the bible are true and if we accept that some the thousands of stories since reported may have some truth in them, precognition or intelligence communications about future events are being received by ordinary folk in the dream state.
Anecdotal evidence of these phenomena seems to exist everywhere. I have many times reported to the British Police and Security services dreams which have turned out to be outstandingly accurate predictions of serious crime and terrorists activity that was about to happen. At first I was accepted by Scotland Yard and other local police forces as being a credible source of information even though it was impossible most of the time to act in a meaningful way to prevent the crimes foreseen taking place. This proved to be very frustrating and after 10 years of the authorities monitoring and working with me there interest faded. The reason was that no academics in the UK or elsewhere seemed remotely interested in working with people like me on research into this subject. One or two academics had been very keen to discredit the phenomena and me and the Society of Psychical Research had published negative articles to assist them.
In 1999 I had seen in a dream Muslim Terrorists deliberately crash airliners into a city in an act of terrorism. I had reported this to an officer of an intelligence agency in London and I was told there was interest in this and I should report anything else I had in future on this. But in February 2001 I was told “ thanks but no thanks, we do not want any further communications from you.”
It was then I contacted Dr Gary E Schwartz in the USA. He worked at the University of Arizona in Tucson Arizona. I convinced him to allow we to visit his university and for him to conduct a preliminary experiment with me in the hope I could prove that not only was dream precognition real, but that I was able to do it to order. I hoped to show Dr Schwartz I could ask a question about the future of a dream and get a reply that was accurate. I wanted to show that not only were the responses to the questions mechanically accurate but also highly intelligent.
The experiments were conducted during the month of August 2001 and some of the video recordings of them are on live here.
These experiments will be judged by the readers of this paper, but both Dr Schwartz and I think these first experiments were very successful in demonstration that precognition at the very least occurred in some dreams.
The Implications.
We must now consider why it is that science and church alike seem to want to ignore this phenomena and in particular the evidence. We must consider that the beliefs of billions of religious people may be wrong. We must ask the question is God real or not.
If God is real, is it not reasonable to expect that as the human capacity for knowledge and understanding develops, so would the complexity of Gods messages to us grow. And then ask why the churches do not want to research this subject. Islam for example wants to take the world back 1500 years.
We must ask the question is God just a creation of mankind born out of a desire to explain the unexplainable or may be just out of a need of some to control the masses.
With so much killing being done in the name of God we must ask these questions now.
I am not going to consider here the question of God existing, but the one of no God. Let us assume this dream precognition is simple a mechanism of the human brain. If it is a mechanism, it is something that mainstream science should be investigating. I have some strong evidence that criminals get precognition of police activity surrounding themselves. I have evidence that families of murder victims get dreams showing details yet unknown about the crimes in which they lost there loved ones. So it seems to me that for the academics and the police and intelligence agencies to ignore this seemingly valuable source in information is no less that criminal itself.

I have conducted over a hundred experiments of this kind over the last 20 years. All the results in my view are positive in some way or another and all the results are different. I conclude that dreams do sometimes show information to the dreamer that is about a future event and that could not be known at the time of the dream.
So far since 2001 the Society of Psychical research has found its self unable to publish the paper outlining the 2001 Arizona experiments. It has objected on what it says are scientific and technical ground to publishing it. I accept that they may well have such grounds but it was the first experiment of its kind in the world and I hope this article / paper will find more acceptance and get published in as many places as possible.

The task was to dream what I would see at target locations selected at random and from a pool of target locations not know to me.
As you can see, Dr Schwartz was very surprised and I was elated at the results of that day. I thought that finally I had produced enough evidence to be accepted and that scientists would at last start looking at this subject seriously. I have always been told by the police and intelligence agencies who discussed this with me that when science start to show evidence and interest in psi research they too would be able to work more closely with this subject without ridicule from the few debunking academics who were prominent in the sceptical arena.
The question is can the refusal of scientists and intelligence and law enforcement officers to investigate the possibility of using this phenomenon to its full potential be costing lives of its agents and the public. I believe that lives are being lost everyday, criminals and terrorists are gaining an advantage, and science sits back and does nothing but pontificate on can this be real or not and dare we publish the little evidence that is available. Science needs to be brave, it needs to open its eyes and it needs to explore what is going on in dreams that predict future events.
I ask that we ask these questions now and start properly exploring psi dreaming before I see another even more terrible terror attack than 911 in my dream and I am again ignored by the authorities.
